Engagement Style
Willow primarily relies on being able to strike fast and dodge retaliation. She flirts around to lower her target's guard, before sliding the dagger to ensure a clean kill.

  • Curative Dispensary: When active, Cardan can sacrifice PHealth points for increases in Strength, Agility, and Perception. Cardan may not heal to his maximum allowable PHealth until the dispensary is disabled.
  • Hotzone Dancer: Cardan's crop was designed primarily for combat in heavily polluted or otherwise extremely hostile zones. Cardan incurs no penalty against environmental hazards or CBRN-type hazards.

Engagement Style
