William "Peacock" Lambent

Basic Info:

Player: The Duckman

Position: Field Agent Specialized in Diversion Techniques

Demeanor: Friendly and awkward nerd, when he's not 'in character'

Nature: Honestly, not that much different. The self he shows when not acting is him, through and through.

Description: When not dressed for a mission, William looks like, well, anyone. He could be any random fellow on the street, short cut brown hair, brown eyes, dressed in a pair of slack and a button up shirt, about yea tall, weighing about yeh, nothing really stands out about him.

It's when he is dressed for a mission that he actually stands out. Plaid Polyester Leisure Suits, foot tall mohawks, and assless chaps are just the beginning of the outfits he's got ready, to really stand out. With a quick visit to his briefcase, he can be dressed to make people pay attention to him… and not that other thing happening right now.

Personal History:

William Lambent is an orphan. More to the point, he's one of those orphans known to the SCPF as Foundlings, child of parents who are hidden behind a series of black boxes on a death notice in some file cabinet, because his parents had worked for the Foundation, they took him in, raised him well, and, of course, trained him to be what they wanted, a beautiful distraction.

Those who have met Will have a hard time associating him with the well known Agent Peacock, the loud, obnoxious and attention drawing diversionary man of the Foundation. Will is a quiet, reserved fellow, always happy to talk about the lastest book he's read, or listen to people talk around him. But, when the chips are down, and the Foundation needs a face to keep their people out of trouble, or just to make a fuss in a direction that ISN'T being destroyed by a rampaging monster,William dons his most obnoxious outfit and Agent Peacock leaps to the rescue! From the obnoxious big spender who is trying to find out where the action is, if you know what he means, to the local looking bumpkin yelling as loud as he can holla about UFOs, to the annoying rock and roller who will not turn down his music, the man can't make him, Agent Peacock is always ready to cause a scene at a moments notice.
