Position: Street Fighter
Demeanor: Vincent is a cocky, snarky son of a bitch with little regard for boundaries. He'll hit on you, your mom, and your mom's mom. He might even hit on your dad! Even when threatened, Vincent always has to have the last word. No fist or knife or gun is capable of keeping his mouth shut.
Nature: Vincent is somehwat self-aware, despite how often he sings himself praises. He doesn't actually think he's the hottest shit. Well, maybe a little. If someone attacks him for something he says, Vincent will often times not hit back as a way to justify to himself that he's in the right. He's also incapable of having a stable relationship and will often sabotage his own attempts at one.
Description: Vincent stands at 5'11 with a toned, groomed body. He has short, dirty-blonde hair that is either styled to be slicked back, windswept, or whatever he's feeling that day, with grey-blue eyes. His outfit of choice seems similar to that of a greaser: white shirt, black leather jacket, tight leather pants, and black boots. He's almost always wearing his black leather gloves and accessorizes with his sunglasses appropriately.

- You're getting my gloves dirty: 5. Although his hands are beautiful and groomed, Vincent prefers to keep them gloved. He also prefers those gloved hands in the shape of a fist, ramming into someone face. Sure, knives and guns are more effective, but Vincent is more worried about style over efficiency. +Melee when using unarmed combat
- You hit like a girl : 4. Since Vincent is a master of getting people to start a fight with him, he's learned how to take a few hits. In fact, he wants to take those hits. Nothing says 'you're an asshole' quite like beating up a defenseless guy who won't fight back just because he said something mean to you. +PDEF until first attack attempt by him
- Wasn't My Fault: 3. Hey, just because Vincent insulted your mother doesn't mean you should bring your fists out. It's not his fault you're so sensitive! Whenever Vincent in involved, verbal assault tends to turn into real assault at the drop of a pen. Don't worry, he's used to it. +Agility if he didn't start the fight

Vincent was born in Maine on April 22nd, 1927 to a poor family of three. His father abandoned him, his sister, and his mother when Vincent was seven years old. The reasoning his mother used to tell him was that he was looking for a job that paid better. In reality, Vincent's older sister was the result of an affair his mother had with a neighbor, and his father had learned this a few years after Vincent was born. His mother would later marry the man she had an affair with all those years ago.
Growing up in poverty, Vincent learned to get street smart fast. The school in his area was full of delinquents, so he didn't learn much in his early school years. After his older sister started working two jobs to support the family, they were able to move to a more safe and stable neighborhood, thought not by much. Vincent still stuck to his old way and was a delinquent all through high school. He was known for sleeping around with any girl he could manage and often instigated fights. Eventually, Vincent stopped going home to his overworked sister and unstable mother entirely. He barely passed highschool and worked minimum wage jobs, doing ammature boxing on the side to earn quick cash.
After saving enough money, Vincent traveled to Hollywood in an attempt to break into the acting business. He worked as a bouncer for a nightclub until he eventually got into the stunt performer business. Since work was scarce, he also dabbled in male modeling and often returned to being a bouncer during dry periods. On one of his days off, he managed to charm a woman into staying the night with him. Said woman was an agent of the Foundation on a mission, and trouble was had. Vincent was offered recruitment or being memory wiped. He chose recruitment.
