Demeanor: Polite, reserved, slightly intimidating, calm. Once you get to know her, has her tsundere moments.

Nature: She finds it difficult to trust people right away. Once she opens up she is very down to earth and enjoys company with others.

Description: Deep black hair, small dark almond eyes, full lips, and milky complexion. Tsuneko stands at 4’9” with long hair that reaches her lower back, which she keeps in twin buns or a single depending on her mood. She has a small but surprisingly curvaceous feminine build and a light birthmark over her left eye. She has a full back tattoos of an bright red oni carrying a sword and a head, that wrap around her stomach and travel down her left thigh.

  • Shadow Stitching (anomaly) : 4.Tsuneko has about 7 black shadowy tentacles she can throw into the ground or enemies. When each tentacle is thrown individually as a Light Ranged Weapon that does 1d2 Damage. Upon a successful hit the tentacle stays stuck in them for 1d3 rounds. If another tentacle is stuck into someone during this duration then the shadow tentacle stays stuck until the anomalous effect ends or she fails to stick someone with another tentacle before the current duration wears off. Once all 3 tentacles have been stuck in enemies, any stuck enemies become Stitched for 3 rounds. Anytime a Stitched Enemy attempts to make an action that requires physical movement mus make a Contested roll of Determination VS her Athletics. The Anomalous Effect can only be used 3 times per run.
  • Flaw: Tsuneko is her own shadow she will fade into the darkness like slipping into a deep pool of water when she loses concentration or when she sleeps to deeply. She will panic and snap back from the shadows in a frantic state as if she were saved from drowning. The darkness is a cold and lonely place. She will occasionally get the random cold or illness.

Being connected to the shadows means seeing distorted views of things when the light hits things just right. In candle light or light by flame Tsuneko will begin to turn into a shadow, finding hard to hold her form. While in this partial shadow form her all attacks will do half damage. Sudden bright lights also give tsuneko horrible migraines and weaken her with a -2 debuff to strength.

  • Stink Eye: 2. Tsuneko is small but can be mighty intimidating. She gains a +2 to intimidation when trying to subdue an enemy when they are bound , trapped, or can not visually see her into cooperating with her and or her team.
  • Self-defense 101: 2. Tsuneko is well versed in hand to hand combat. If she is successful in defending a melee attack from an enemy who can be disarmed, she may make a contested athletics roll. On a success she may disarm the opponent

Personal History:

Tsuneko was born into the Fujimoto family on April 1, 1954. Her childhood was fairly normal along with her general education. She was trained in karate and judo at a young age since her father ran the local dojo. Unfortunately, her father passed from colon cancer by the time she was 13. She kept a dark secret however, the shadows would whisper to her at night, calling to her like a moth to a flame. She took his death far too hard and her mother tried to calm her anger and sadness by teaching her needle point. It was like she found her calling and was very talented at this from the start. Still keeping up with her extracurricular activities Tsuneko, found herself graduating high school with honors. It was not until one day on her way home from work at a local conveyance store she was taken from the life she adored. She fought as best she could but was quickly overpowered by several large men with guns. With that, a bag over her head, and her hands tied behind her back she was taken somewhere far away from home. She was taken by the Yakuza and was forced into working for them for years. As the years went on the whispers from the shadows grew louder and louder. She woke up one night to feel herself falling deep into icy cold water. Her thoughts went right to that she was being killed or disposed of for some reason. She flailed back to the surface only to realize she was crawling back out from her own bed. The whispers had stopped, everything was dark in her shabby room. Soaked and terrified she realized her hands were not totally there but pitch black like the shadows in her room. She stayed up night after night keeping her secret from other members. Unfortunately, one night she was caught practicing her shadow stitching. She was dragged away and forced to show her superior what she is able to do on a live person. The moment she hit that man with her needles she realized that she could control how he moved and keep him bound without the use of rope or handcuffs. She was forced to refine this skill daily with different people and practice fighting until it was finely tuned. From then on she was a prized asset for this organization. She was used for stealth missions, restraining captured people, and intimidation of other gangs. One fateful night, she was working security on a shipment of what she was told were drugs, and people who were being used as mules. However, they were not drugs but it was a illegal trade of anomalous humans and she was about to be traded off herself once again, but this time to MC&D. However, the foundation set up the sting and arrested all those involved. The foundation had recognized she was a anomalous person of interest herself. After a few years of living in containment and constantly questioned and tested, tsuneko was given the opportunity to have a short leash. She jumped at the chance to work and be productive again and was soon transferred to site-15.

  • Improved Weaponry: Befitting their role as the decommissioning squad, Psi-7 operatives may be provided with advanced weapons and combat training that gives them just a little bit of edge over other agents. The agents gets one Light or Normal melee weapon or one Light, Normal, or Heavy ranged weapon that uses different damage dice than a regular weapon of that type. 2d2 for Light weapons, 2d3 for Normal, and 2d5 for Heavy.
