Description: When people think "mobster", this is the image in their mind. Dressed in a nice, freshly ironed black coat, complete with fresh new black dress pants, and shined-until-you-see-yourself shoes. But, as he is of Anglo-Saxon descent, he sometimes will wear a skir-"IT'S A COMBAT KILT."

- Spray And Pray 4. "Welp, time to find out how big of a mag this one has! *rapid gunfire* Tommy's ranged stat increases when wielding a fully automatic weapon.
- Brass Knuckles 4. "Oh, you wanna hand-to-hand? I brought steel to fist fight, prepare yourself!" Tommy's melee stat increases when using fisticuffs against humanoid creatures. (GM's discretion)

Tommy started out as a normal kid, born and raised in Scotland, but he moved to the USA in 1920. Later on though, around 1923, when he was in his 20's, one of his buddies approached him, asking him to do him a favor. Of course, Tommy accepted, as he has a code of honor he would never break. His favor was to hide a body for his friend. This was the first addictive taste of the hit man business Tommy had. After that fateful day, he was hooked. Starting out as nothing more than a simple expendable, he quickly rose through the ranks until he was made Mafiso, or the right-hand man of the organization of which he had a part in. He was awarded his signature gun at that moment, and as such, many have learned to fear that weapon, so whenever he attempts to intimidate someone he usually pulls out his gun for that extra scare. After much training and practice with his gun, he now has learned to take more damage from other weapons at less of a cost, but his body is weak to direct attacks. He, knowing this weakness, keeps a pair of brass knuckles on him at all times. He is very proud, and almost never refuses a fight.
He was noticed by the Foundation when he accidently attacked an SCP, but managed to survive.
