Demeanor: Calming, soothing, and boasting a commanding air, Sir Reginald usually has a positive, if not partially intimidating effect on those around him.

Nature: A true gentleman and a born leader, Sir Reginald thrives in social situations and attempts to keep everyone working together and on the same page.

Description: Sir Reginald has an imposing figure, standing just under six feet tall, and weighing in at nearly 190 pounds. He often wears high-end clothing such as suits, tailcoats, and the likes. His hair is salt and pepper black and grey, straight, and is cut neatly, reaching down most of his forehead, nearly to his ears at the sides, and trimmed short in the back. Reginald's eyes are a deep piercing grey.

Personal History:

Born in 1897, Reginald was born into a rich and powerful family in England. He was raised to be the heir of the family fortune and company however, the First World War changed his ambitions. He served as an infantryman for the second half of the war when he came of age, and it changed his entire point of view on his future. Now instead of boring business transactions, he aspired to be just like the great minds in charge of the royal armies of his country.

Reginald got into officer's school through his parent's reputation, but he excelled through his own natural skills in tactics, and especially, the art of inspirational speech giving. Reginald was a commanding officer in a number of small conflicts between the twenties and forties, and rose quickly through the ranks, his superiors immediately realizing the powerful effects he had on the forces under his command. Come the end of the 1930s and the start of the 1940s, Reginald had finally received the opportunity to ultimately prove himself: World War 2.

His success was felt throughout the British Royal Army, and his speeches would be remembered for years to come. After the war ended, Reginald was knighted in the Queen's court for all the recognize his success and military prowess… Including the burgeoning Foundation some few years later. While still officially being in the British mainland, Sir Reginald was moved to upstate New York to act as a liaison between the Foundation and the British government.
