Personal History:

Scotland Phillips was born in 1908, in London as a bastard. He always had a thing for the abnormal, dad dying before he was born by a freak pole accident, mother dying from hydro chloride acid spilling on her in an abnormal fashion in her house, and his dog was five legged. Being in an orphanage and the top of the notch in all of his classes and not in the greatest physique, he inspired to be a secret agent so he could fight the unseen fight, were all the real fighting was going on, behind the enemy lines. This is what started him on his path to the Foundation came. Attempting to be part of the Secret Intelligence Service, he began to exercise more, but was not the strongest or quickest of his classmates, he looked very normal still, but after several years of training, he got accepted into the Secret Intelligence Service in 1920 for the low amount of people wanting to join the domestic forces against spies. The SIS trained him to be an adept at many things, lockpicking and hand to hand combat being one of the subjects taught. Being thrown into many missions around Britain and Germany, he was left with his intuition to complete his missions, with little to no instructions given. He was a great agent, nicknamed the "Screw" for all of the locks he has picked, and for all the people he has screwed over with a misplaced document or letter.

During a patrol for the anomalous somewhere in Wales 1936, Scotland touched a organic compound, absorbing it and severely injuring his right palm. The absorption stopped his aging process completely and left him with a slight healing factor. Thus the hand healed as if the wound never happened, and after being monitored for forty days, was moved into the paranormal division of the SIS. Five years later, his last mission with the SIS ensued, where he was tasked to kill Adolf Hitler, who would be in Berlin on the day of May 28. In May 22 he parachuted somewhere near Brussels with a small machete and a German passport, he killed several German soldiers, taking their Mausers, and headed east to Berlin, not even using the roads, but instead heading through the forests. On May 24, he found a parachute trooper training field to the west of Hannover, he caused a diversion in the City Hannover by causing a fire inside one of the houses, and then sneaked into the east side of the training field and stole an FG42. Continuing on his mission he continued through the forest unabated until he reached the outskirts of Berlin on May 26, where he hid in the meadows. Passing as a German citizen of Berlin, he hid for two days in a safe house in the city, watching for a viable viewpoint.

He found none, yet Hitler never came, already being alerted by a German spy in British territory of Scotland's presence. A small team of twenty men was sent into the place Scotland was supposed to be in as a safe house. None of them ever returned, setting off all of the safe houses's traps. He fled south from Berlin to the Alps, always ahead by the Wehrmacht by a couple of miles. Upon reaching the Alps, he met an old graying man. The man didn't give a name, just told him in German to follow him. Scotland did just that, going onto a small, unnoticeable path, down a hatch, and into a bunker of some sort. The man told him that they would talk again, gave him some keys, and left. He never came back, but the Wehrmacht was off his tail. Scotland spent the next four years and six months exploring and living in this bunker, which turned out to be a old, worn, facility, where Scotland felt like he was being watched, by the facility. It was an stalking sort of being watched, it felt more of just being observed. The facility was made of a raggedy concrete, and when he turned the corner, the facility would give him what he most desired, if it was water he desired, a water foundation would be found on the side of the hallway when he turned the corner, with food, he would find a refrigerator with several food items. Attempting to go back was useless, as the corridor had already changed. The facility seemed to change out of the corner of his eye, and why he hadn't already gone insane, he didn't know. Examining the keys, he figured them as a rusty

Emerging out of the facility after the war ended, he missed out on all of the good stuff of war. But he gained something else, an opportunity. Called in as a MIA by the SIS, he had liberty to do what the hell he wanted. He stole paintings, selling them back to the owners for a lot of money, he robbed banks, and he enacted as a hitman for a short while too, killing several dozen people, and marveled at the stupidity of how he ot was so easy to get away with these things. He thought this was fun, but before long, it started to lose its luster, and started to turn his eye to the whole thing that cause the whole healing factor-eternal youth business, anomalies.

He tracked them down when he started to hear rumors about them, he studied their features and behaviours, he experimented with them, and went as far as communicating with them several time. Someone else was bound to notice these anomalies and do something about it, and thus Scotland learned about the SCPFoundation. He encountered them as he was studying the behaviours of a human anomaly, him being in a building above it. They came and took it, and he never saw it again. This repeated more times as the years progressed, and he knew he would have to face them sooner or later. They were weak back then, 1954, he attempted to join, but thought better as he approached the train to Site-77, that if they knew he was unable to age, he could heal, they would do the same as they would do to other anomalies, put them in a cell to rot forever. He moved from Europe to America in 1975 to turn over a new leaf and start a new life, which was another bad decision, as the SCPFoundation had a n even higher foothold there. He gained citizenship, using his a new European Union passport he had forged. He lived all over the country looking for anomalies as a hobby, ranging from the depths of south of South Carolina to the peace-loving Oregon, and settled in the mountains of Nevada. Sometime during the 1800s was when he finally figured out how to control the healing factor and got the courage to join the SCPFoundation. He figured out if you can't stop the river, just go with the flow, and appeared one day on Site-15 unannounced, dressed for work.
