Personal History:

Pierre Allard was born on August 7, 1910. He was born healthy and strong child to a family that lived in the middle class. He went to a normal school before his high intelligence was taken notice of. His parents saw him as a gate to the upper class, and funded him to go to Université de Caen Basse-Normandie. His intelligence managed him through the school with a high grade.

It was also around this time Pierre noticed signs of a war brewing, and put his smarts to create new weapons for France and the allies. Before Pierre could make a notable contribution France was invaded. Pierre was abducted by the Nazi invaders and put to work on large projects such as the Landkreuzer P. 1000 "Ratte", and small ones, such as Sturmgewehr 45. Pierre typically found himself pretending to work, or going out of his way to hinder the work of others to prevent such weapons from being created. Thus he found himself typically lying to cover any paper trails.

After several years, World War II ended, and sadly, Pierre found himself without a family to return home to. Pierre began to be trapped in worked, and rarely leaved his own home. Around 1952 Pierre moved to the United States in hopes of finding a colleague, or just a friend. 1955 Pierre receives an Invitation to join 'The Foundation' unknowing of any challenges that would lie ahead…

Miscellaneous:

For Funsies Pierre has kept a list of the injuries he's sustained:
Shot in the right shoulder by Kevin Winsthrop
Shot in the abdomen by himself
Large gash caused by giant mosquito thing

Relations:

Frederick Ibel: A bully without a doubt, said he has no patience with secrets. Interested in my old blueprints. He's nice when you get to know him. Disappeared…
Kevin Winsthrop: Seems like a natural leader, he seems to have a good sense of judgement, although I'm sure we could have avoided shooting me. Has since moved from Psi-7.
Branko Silvinski: Looks like he could beat a tank in a tug-of-war. Has passed away.
Murray Eichman: Nice man, has brought to my attention that a disappearance of my family might not actually be their deaths, but I still find that quite unlikely.
Zoe Aleron: Good with knives, seems shy. Have not seen in a very… Very long time… Vanished. I will miss you, Aleron.

There once was an entry here, it's been aggressively erased.

Ivan: Has a weaponized ghost dog of the sorts. Interests are sparked. Imbecile.
Rebecca: Replacement, couldn't be happier it was her.
Kit: Seems like an advanced thinking individual. Has issues communicating plans. Otherwise intelligent. Needs to work on Teamwork/cooperation.
Chuck: I do not know this man. Hate him. Incompetent fool. Somehow better than Ivan still.
Lacey: I helped her out against the Mosquito monster.
Cait: Uncooperative, Not suitable to work with.
Chloe: Asked me if I could make bows, and proceeded to leave. Note: Did not ask me to make a bow, simply asked if I could.
Dog: Perhaps Demon Spawn. Stay away. Is an Agent. False Alarm.
Will: I know his name, but that is about it. We talk occasionally.
Clyde: Nice man. Talked a bit.

Notes

Pierre has started keeping notes:
September 9/15/1956: I have come to the conclusion. I must live what little life I have left to it's fullest amount. We are all at Mother Nature's mercy, the entire human race. When she decides we are dead, we shall be so.
— Pierre Allard.
