Demeanor: Strange, a bit too happy for the situations he's been in. Tends to come off as a bit immature.
Nature: His nature pretty much matches his demeanor, the only thing being that comedy to him is a form of coping with the situation. He also enjoys fire a bit too much.

Mickey is around the age of 36, He was born a bit before the Depression, had a happy life. That didn't last long. He was born in 1920 in the same place as a certain other agent, Arkansas Raised by his mother, Martha Potchkee, a woman whose kindness seemed to know no bounds, And his father John Potchkee, a man who, despite facing the horrors of WW1, remained as nice as could be. Mickey would do anything to keep a smile on their faces, he found the best way to do this was to ensure the happiness of others as well, to make everyone around him happy, even in the darkest of times.
He was 9 years old when the Depression hit. The effects of the depression caused his family to end up living in a hooverville. Mickey never let this get him down, he tried his best to keep everyone around him happy, even when he himself was not. He did this in every way he could, whether it be making homemade fireworks on 4th of July since no one could buy any, or sharing the money he made from the jobs to feed those unable to eat. He considered everyone in the hooverville his family. He ended up in the same hooverville as another person who would later work at the foundation, Carson Baroque.
He and Carson became friends fast considering the arrangements the Baroque family made. Mickey spent his time working with the Baroque family and doing jobs on the side to fund the hospital in the hooverville. He was taught how to survive on the streets by Mr. Baroque, alongside Carson. He chose a Bayonet as his choice of weapon.
Mr. Baroque's teachings helped him do his odd jobs. They sort of worked in a relationship where they would help each other. Mickey would do jobs to help the hospital and in turn, Mr. Baroque would teach him how to survive on the streets and use that bayonet of his. Everything was going well, until the war happened. When that time the war came around, Mickey, along with Carson, was drafted. When the war began, Mickey's father gave him a British officer sword and a Lee Enfield, both of which his father used in WW1.
Mickey turned to sniping during the war, using his father's rifle to do so. He got good at it over time due to the help of some of his comrades in the trenches. Plus as one can imagine, in the war, there was plenty of practice.
While in the trenches, just like with the hooverville, Mickey would try his best to keep people happy, even by celebrating 4th of July in his own way, much to the dismay of the Germans on the enemy side. After the war Mickey got a job in law enforcement, this didn't last long as he found out how corrupt the system was. Arresting people for reasons that, he himself, thought unfair. After getting fired for not doing his job correctly, Mickey wandered for a while, visiting the graves of fallen comrades and aiding their families in whatever ways he could. Eventually his search for a way to help people led him to the foundation.
