Nature: Lyra has a rather bleak outlook on her life, due to her physical condition. She remains as polite as possible, as to not make poor impressions.

Description: At twenty-four years old, Lyra has a youthful disposition. She has small build, with pale skin and long, black hair. Her eyes are vibrant blue, almost ice-white. Lyra often wears long, elegant dresses, and soft, cloth shoes. She has a soft, weak voice, and an English accent. She stands at 5'4", and weighs around 105lbs.

  • Internal Inferno: 3. Lyra is capable of projecting bouts of volatile chemical flames from her facial orifices, as well as the small, gill-like heat vents lining her arms, legs, ribs, and back. (Lyra can roll 4df+3 to manifest her anomalous flames. On a roll of 3 or above, she can then roll RNG to project her flames into an attack. Lyra is immune to her own flames. ANOMALOUS.)
  • Diplomatic Immunity: 3. Lyra is known for being able to win a firefight with nothing but a fully-automatic mouth. She'll talk her way out of a tight situation whenever possible. (Bonus to rolls involving persuasion in a high-tensity situation.)
  • Merciful Assassin: 3. Lyra isn't a good fighter, but she knows how to dispose of an unknowing target. (Bonus to rolls involving attacking with concealable weapons, as well as concealing weapons.)
  • Weak Body, Strong Mind: 3. Lyra is physically weak, but she's trained her mind to resist trickery and deception. Very little can get past her. (Bonus to rolls involving resisting mental effects such as mind-control or hallucinations.)
  • Anomalous Disadvantage: Brittle Bones: The chemicals Lyra produces in her body leach calcium from her skeleton, causing extremely weak bones. As a side-effect of her weak bones, Lyra often uses a wheelchair whenever possible. (When subject to blunt-force trauma, Lyra takes full damage, instead of half.)

Personal History:

In Leicester, England on January 3rd, 1933, Lyra was born to Dorothy and Marcus Hollands, a wealthy couple. She was born with an unknown degenerative bone disease, caused by chemicals produced within her body.

On the day of her 12th birthday, Lyra was kidnapped by a group called Marshal Carter & Dark, and sold to an Italian crime boss, Pastello Morecci. She was raised by him as his own daughter.

Lyra was taught the basics of criminal politics, and given a place within Patello's organization as a diplomat. In 1950, Lyra became Pastello's personal assistant, and began working on political projects between their own organization, Il Pesce D'argento, and Marshall Carter & Dark.

Il Pesce D'argento and MC&D remained partners for several years, until 1954, where an auction Lyra was attending was raided by Foundation agents, who'd managed to contain only a small portion of the anomalous entities and objects being sold, and attending, including Lyra, herself. She was easy to contain, due to her disability.

Lyra was transferred to Site-77, and was offered a position as a political envoy, due to her skills and history, which she gladly accepted.
