Demeanor: Juliette is rough, she is blunt and cruel. She will say things just because she knows they are unpleasant to say. She distances herself from everyone she meets with her thorny exterior.

Nature: Juliette has been deeply traumatized by the events that have occurred to her and has never reconciled with her deep loss. She takes it out on everyone because she cannot bear to bottle it up inside. She is deeply hurt, and lonely, and is in a strange place with no one she knows, but she's too scared to reach out to anyone for comfort. Before this happened, Juliette was kind and earnest, and willing to meet you where you were, however you were. Now, she's struggling to regain herself.

Description: Juliette is a tall but thin woman, similar to how people might imagine a ballet dancer. However, she walks with a severe limp due to nerve damage to her legs which she is still undergoing physical therapy for. She has deep scarring around the left cheek, down the jaw and neck, and traveling down her side until her torso. She has very dark skin, and wears her kinky hair naturally in a loose afro, which is extremely offputting in the 1950s.

When the entirety of Rho-2 was wiped out save for herself in critical condition, Juliette threw herself into learning about medicine for the entire time of her fairly extensive treatment. Now, when panic rises, and only in the most serious of circumstances, does her fast mind allow her to help others. Personal History:

Juliette is from New York City, and joined a mercenary group as a good way to earn money. Through being hired as muscle, she learned of the GOC, which she joined for a short stint before deciding it wasn't the life for her and moved back to mercenary work. However, she was never comfortable with excessive bloodshed, and joined an open position in the Foundation as peacefully moving anomalies from one place to another.

Juliette was part of a highly specialized MTF, Rho-2. They were not themselves dangerous but were instead focused on the support of other MTF teams in helping contain or move anomalies from one site to another. Juliette specialized in shooting down people who would interrupt Rho-2 or suppress any interruptions on any journeys. She made friends with everyone. They were well-liked for being easygoing and good at their jobs. Methodical and clean.

Until the containment breach. A keter anomaly suddenly activated in the middle of a transfer. The special containment procedures failed. The entirety of Rho-2 was killed, save for Juliette, who survived in critical condition after the intervention of the Red Right Hand group. Juliette was given the option to be amnesticized and put back to the world, but she couldn't. She couldn't forget her crew. And she couldn't be shifted to some noncombat position- it made her too antsy and anxious to be put in a position where no one else knew combat.

So she applied for a transfer to an active MTF with a low death toll- it just happened to be Psi-7.
