Demeanor: When on duty, Pate has shown himself to be a calm and collected individual. He acts kindly towards his fellow personnel, and always listens to what they have to say. Many of his constituents have said they feel he is a trustworthy man, and many have confidentially described their personal feelings and stresses to him.

Nature: While many have come out to him, and find themselves trusting him, Pate himself remains a mystery to most of his peers. He never makes any mention of his life outside the Foundation, and is never observed anywhere but his office, or his private quarters.

Description: 193 centimeters, 106 Kilos. 49 years old. Bald, brown eyes. Wears wide-brimmed glasses. Slightly larger-than-average nose and ears. Eyebrows are consistently furrowed in a slight scowl. Has an audible breathing problem due to nasal malformation.

Pate was one of the smartest scientists in the field of psychology, but wasn't very well-known outside of [Redacted], Alabama. He was first discovered by an agent that lived in the town locally, who requested {still working on it}
