Position: Negotiator, Soldier.
Demeanor: Poincon prefers to listen, not talk. He guards his opinions carefully, and speaks evenly, in an authoritative voice, although he kind of makes people uncomfortable.
Nature: Poincon is slow to anger, judge, or punish, but craves order above all else. He is up at the same time every day, eats the same meal, and will, to the extent possible, do the exact same activity. He's like clockwork.
Description: He is the portrait of a Swiss man. Blonde, lean, and standing at just around six foot, he cuts a commanding if not imposing figure. Always clean shaven.

You have twelve points to distribute among as many or as few specialty skills as you see fit (but at least three is almost always warranted). Remember to explain what each specialty entails.
- Negotiation: 6. Poincon's experience managing and leading Swiss troops during the mobilization has stuck with him, allowing him to quickly resolve disputes within ranks.
- Good Listener: 3. Silence has always been a friend to Poincon, and he easily picks up things in conversations that others miss.
- Clockwork: 3. Control is important. It's what keeps us from the animals, you know.

Constantin was born in Lucerne on March 13, 1918. He came from a watchmaking family, and was planning on inheriting the trade when the Second World War broke out. He became a Major during the mobilization, and although the Swiss Army saw no combat, Poincon found a natural talent for both ordering others around and smoothing out the differences between them. He found the structure or martial life comforting, and stuck around the Swiss Military until the Foundation approached him.
Can play piano incredibly well, and not a bad singer either.
