Born in 1926 and orphaned at the age of three, Billy has never had it easy. He ran away at the age of 10 from the orphanage he was staying at to join a street gang. He soon became the leader of the Street Royals and expanded it to encompass a large part of Liverpool. When WWII, started, however, Billy signed up immediately. He loved to fight, and the war gave him a chance to do it legally. He rose to the rank of captain in just four years.
His propensity for violence was soon recognized, and he was recruited into MI6 as an interrogator. even after the war he exceeded at his job, but a little too much. After accidentally killing a few high value people, MI6 terminated his employment. Seeing no reason to go back home, He traveled to America as a strongman for hire.
When The Foundation learned of him, they approached him with a job offer. Ever ready for another war, he accepted.
Luvi Harkess - Jerry: Billy doesn't like Luvi for the mere reason that he's German and that he mouthed off to him once. He's pretty sure Luvi feels the same.
Laura Moodie - Luv: Thinks she's pretty, but also thinks she's kinda dumb for choosing a Jerry as a husband. She also has a daughter, who she tries to keep under a rock.
Alexander Hilbert - Doc 'ill: An okay kinda guy in Billy's book. Knows that Hills a bit out there in terms of mentality, but who isn't?
Frederick Ibel - Mate: Met him in the cafeteria, a good friend to have, especially if he's interested in your war stories. Billy doesn't quite understand what a 'censor' does though.
Harley Newclear - Yank: I fought alongside people like Harley during the war. Yankees are good people and are decent mates.
Jonathan Zhao - China Plate: Asian, but the good kinda Asian.
Randall Clymer - Bonnie Fucker's a giant nerve. Literally. He has tentacles now.
Administrator - Gov'na In charge 'a the place, and he's a young.
Albert Van Der Linde - Geezer Old man, seems a bit bull-jerked. Alright sod, I guess.
Danielle Levine - Madam Prettiest Frenchwoman I ever did see. Best part is she's single.
Katie Moodie - Sweet'art Young girls probably shouldn't be 'round these parts, 'specially not wit' all the fuckin' dangerous shit we go goin' on here.
Vivian Swan - Duckling: I don't know what she's good for, really. Pretty in a flick sorta way, but she ain't exactly a centerpiece.
Emily Van Der Linde - Em: I never had a sister, but Em is the closest thing I have now. She's a glass bonnet, so I gotta watch out for her. The only reason I'm not goin' after the wanker that hurt her is 'cause she asked me nicely.
Elliot Wilson - Will: I ain't got the fuzziest clue as to what it is that Will bloody does. He doesn't like to be called Will, by the way.
Keeps a pet rat in a shoebox under his bed.
Doesn't like and peoples involved with the axis powers.
Cannot read or write.
Prefers to be called Billy.
