Personal History:

Frenando had always been meant join the family business of war. But, sadly he was born a few years late before World War One and had to sit at home as both his Father and Brother went off to war, he stayed with his mother and his studies.

By the time the second World War started he had been studying history and psychology, but quickly left his studies at the start of the war so he could enlist. But, before he could be sent to the lines, he was selected to go to Camp X in Canada and join the OSS. Without hesitation he accepted happily, quick to do anything that'd mean victory for his country. After graduating from Camp X he had been sent to Europe as an undercover agent, where he helped with the resistance in Poland.

After the war ended he continued his missions with OSS, and soon started to be sent on missions that had more to do with anomalous figures and less with political affairs. He was soon asked to watch over the UIU as it started, helping them get on their feet and running.

During his time with the UIU, he began to notice that people were watching not only him, but his partner, and the UIU. As he grew uneasy with being watched by someone he couldn't even see he began to try and discover who or what was watching them. He was soon approached by a man in a suit who offered to raise the veil from his eyes if he joined a group known as the Foundation. He accepted and was soon assigned to MTF PSI-7.

After being intercepted he was soon recruited to the Foundation under the agreement that he'd help with internal and external investigations.
