- Black out: 4. "Shh, be very, very quiet. We're hunting anomalies". Hiding in broad daylight is hard. Hiding in the dark is less hard, but still takes some amount of skill. This is in fact, a skill Andy has. +4 stealth, in close to or near absolute darkness.
- Track Star/Super Star: 3. Andy is really good at running, the best on his high school track team even. He even won a trophy, (probably)! +3 to any agility roll involving solely running.
- Crossed wires: 3. While Andy might not be the best at making bridges or bombs, if it turns off and on, and uses wires carrying good old electricity to work he can handle it. After all, he has 1/4th of an electrical engineering degree. +3 to engineering rolls involving wiring
- You're going to have to try harder 2. It takes a lot to scare Andy, given his past, and what he's done. As a result, he's a lot less afraid of things like gore, threats, and even primal yells. +2 to MDEF against gore, INTIM, and anything fear related

Andy Elrod is the son of wealthy oil baron "Dusty" Dustin Elrod. His childhood was surprisingly normal despite the wealth of his family, his father insisting he "grow up the way he did". Unfortunately, as the years went by, his father was less and less present, spending time at parties and political events instead. He didn't mind much, having more time for personal research, particularly on electrical engineering.
Unfortunately, his father grew to be quite a gambler, and his family grew near destitute quickly, just barely surviving on cash flow from oil, as improbable as that sounds. Still, Andy managed to get into MIT, for a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
He returned from his first year of college to a warm reception by his family. However, he had not been told yet that he wouldn't be going back to college, and never would be. The oil had run out, leaving his father with nothing but heavy gambling debt. It was collected on that night as men broke into their house, killing his parents and all but failing to kill him. The police were called after hearing gunshots, and showed up later, finding him in bed, unconscious and bleeding from the head. It was later found he had been shot in the head, but the bullet had passed through.
He managed to recover quite well, and received a hefty sum from his parent's life insurance. He returned home, and lived an incredibly quiet life for a while, just surviving off of the insurance money. He decided not to return to school, but he didn’t get a job either. Instead, he started planning.
Over the course of the next few months, he began a one-man crusade against the local mob, digging for names and such. However, when he attempted to present his findings to the local news, or police, he was turned away due to the mob either threatening them, or paying them off. He found this grossly unjust, and resolved to deal with the issue himself, by any means necessary.
He was only able to find two men from the list, by the time he got around to deciding the only thing he could was kill the men, it was too late. Many had gotten out of town, and gone on to do better things with their lives. Still, there were two men from the list left in town. One, was a local drunk who’d served as occasional muscle for the mob, whereas the other was an accountant, who was used to figure out gambling debt, and associated expenses.
Neither of these men had been even involved in the death of his parents, and he knew that quite well. His drive for killing them was a much baser one. He simply wanted to kill. And, so he did. The first man, he simply followed home and killed as he went into his apartment. Though, he only stabbed him outside of his apartment, and let the man stagger in before slowly killing him. The man was found a few days later by his landlord, but no investigation was made as to his murder, due to a huge lack of evidence, and the man’s reputation.
He made an attempt on the second man’s life, but the man woke up before he could get to him. Instead, he stole a statue from the man, and ran. The statue, unlikely as it seems, turned out to be anomalous. This was discovered when he tried to run a personal ad for it, which was intercepted by the foundation. Andy proposed a trade of the statue, for a job with the Foundation. After a few years of hard maintenance work, and a few aptitude tests, he was offered the chance to be an agent. He accepted.
