Personal History:

Born to Jean-Pierre and Octavia Estèr in 1928, Alodie had a fairly uneventful childhood. From a young age, Alodie's mother had read her tales of demons and faerie folk due to Octavias background in pagan religions- and the GOC.

Upon reaching age 19, Alodie discovered her mother's Strike force gear while cleaning out the attic one summer morning. Upon questioning, her mother took her to the GOC to ask Alodie to join them as a researcher. The request was sudden and was met by immediate disbelief and refusal from Alodie. In an effort to show Alodie the GOC was more than simply another fanatic organisation, Octavia introduced her to "Morgan", a hostile Fae in captivity for study by the GOC.

Alodie found herself fascinated about how a being could be so strange and human simultaneously, and reconsidered her earlier refusal to her mother's request. On July 13, 1948 Alodie became instated as Agent 'Melody', a dedicated researcher for the GOC who would study anything brought to her. Soon after, 'Melody' was instructed to examine "Morgan" as the order from Luigi Sassari had come to terminate it.

"Morgan" was found to be similar to the Pyrenees in terms of Lore, with a far more violent temperament. Execution was promptly initiated upon the conclusion of the studies, However due to a system malfunction "Morgan" escaped and has yet to be found.

Alodie retired from the GOC after a short term of service. As she stated upon resignation- "We opt to destroy before we understand. It's foolish. We cannot destroy everything we find, without inciting them to do the same to us."

Years after her resignation, her ideologies began to fall in line with that of the Foundation- while her research put her on their radar in 1957. She was approached in August of 1957, only being formally offered a position as of May 1958.
